A mercenary recruiter traverses the frosty plains of Par in search of tough recruits for his band. Hunters have pointed him and his companions towards an inn that serves as a gathering point for any strongmen roaming this area. Yet this inn is not easily found.

Pivotal this year for me was the discovery of Critical Role, the master storyteller Matt Mercer who drew me into a world I knew existed but had never dared to enter. I tumbled into it like Alice fell into Wonderland, and the tale of the Mighty Nein has been my constant companion since August of this year
